Meet Sarah
Sarah De Nicholas, Counselor-in-Training (CIT)
Sarah is a Counselor-in-Training completing her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. She holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Principia College. Her background includes teaching trauma-informed yoga to children and adolescents, youth leadership, outdoor education, and group facilitation. These experiences have shaped her appreciation for the role of movement, connection, and supportive relationships in personal growth.
Sarah is particularly interested in trauma-informed care and the connection between emotional experiences and the body and how this relates to healing. Sarah offers collaborative, individualized, and trauma-informed care, with an interest in body-centered approaches.
If you have considered therapy, but worried it was too expensive, here’s your chance. Sarah will be accepting sliding scale and pro bono cases.
